If you need to return an item please contact our Returns Department by sending an RMA request using the support link below. If you qualify, you will be issued an RMA number and instructions on how to send your order back to us. Returns must be shipped within 72 hours (3 days) of issuance of your RMA to qualify for a refund.

Reasons for requesting a return
You must be issued a RMA# before you return your
order. Upon receipt of your RMA#, write this number in large letters on the outside of the package you are shipping, and return to the following address:

Remember, you must have an RMA# before returning products. Without an RMA#, your shipment will be refused and returned to you. We will credit your account within 48 hours of confirming receipt of your return.
Returns are gladly accepted for products that have manufacturer’s defects within 24 hours (1 day) of receipt of the shipment (per the delivery date listed on the shipper’s tracking system) less shipping & handling.
- Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
- Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
- Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns.
